All items purchased from Simply Mabe Designs are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This step is crucial as it allows us to track the return and process it efficiently.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund. It is advisable to retain proof of return shipping, as it may be required for processing the refund.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.

In the case of defective or incorrect items, customers must report the issue within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label for these specific cases, ensuring that the return process is as convenient as possible.

Exchanges are not offered at this time. Customers seeking a different size or style must return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This policy helps maintain inventory accuracy and ensures that customers receive the correct items promptly.

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns from international orders must also comply with the same return conditions outlined above.
